REST API - "Invalid username or password". I've recently begun using the SwisPowershell module to automate bulk muting of alerts. The script is run under a different user, but when it establishes the connection with the Solarwinds API (via get-swisdata), you are prompted for credentials. When I first wrote (3-4 weeks ago) and tested the scriptJune 20, 2023. That really just means you're not entering the right username or password. If you're still having trouble, you should reset your password. Sign In or Register to comment. This discussion was created from comments split from: Invalid username or password.

Joined: October 30, 2017. Location: Ukraine. Posted December 29, 2017. I've noticed that one of recently installed PC have an alert "Virus signature database is out of date". When I tried to update it manually it said "Invalid username/password", but I don't have any passwords, only license managed by ERA.
